- Due to the size, weight and volume of the products we stock, we are unable to offer a shipping calculator on our website.
- The good news is we will get back to you quickly with a shipping quote. In most cases it will the same day, mostly within a few hours – often sooner. We have great relationships with our freight providers and we always get the very best shipping cost for our customers.
- We endeavour to ship the majority of orders within 48 hours from Monday – Friday, however this does depend on the size of the order. Some large orders may take longer to prepare, so wherever possible, please plan in advance.
- We will always seek the best delivery price from our common carriers, or if you prefer, we can provide the weight and dimensions of the order and you can arrange your own transport for the goods.
- Pick up is also available between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please make sure you let us know in advance if you are picking up the goods so we can arrange for your items to be ready on arrival.

Returns and Replacements will be considered on a case by case basis and are solely at the discretion of Shelves for Shops.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Any claims for damage in transit must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods, otherwise we cannot make a claim.

Orders can be placed on our website, over the phone, by email, or in our showroom.
- Payment
Payment is required in full prior to goods being delivered or picked up.
- Viewing Orders
When your order is placed online, you can view it anytime by logging into your customer account. If your order is placed over the phone, in the showroom or via email, your order can be viewed on your invoice.
- Updating Account Information
Your account information can be updated at any time by logging in to your account. Alternatively, you can email or call us with your updated information.
